hello.
well, today was super hot la.
and i'm so glad that almost all the netballers turned up.
thanks for your support to all the compeitors.
you know.
before each event, a competitor is very nervous and scared.
their heartbeat accelerates faster and faster.
and they feel like their head is gonna explode.
when the horn goes off and everyone takes off,
they feel great determination.
and will do their best to reach their goals.
at the moment where they cross the finishing line,
they feel a sense of victory.
and every thought except the thought of "i've done it." leaves their minds.
and at the end of the day.
not all the competitors win trophies or medals.
not everyone will get to experience the feeling of victory.
and not everyone will get to feel the sense of accomplishment.

but do know this.
the courage to go out there and run.
to do their best.
is already a great accomplishment.
