19 july training(wed)

today 19 july, we had self training as ms teoh cant come down.
today weather was bad.it keep on drizzle.but also b'cos of the drizzle,
we are save from being to run ard the school for 4 rds.haha
instead,we run indoor for 20 mins.ms kang came and run with us.
aft that she went off as she had something on.so we did ball handling with medcine
ball.netball drill.aft that ms kang came back to do suciude run with us.she love this drill lot.haha
it consist of butt kick,high heel jump,jog, run and side step.
next drill again.we did figure of 8,australlian tramps.criss cross.
aft which is court game!!
we play full court even though is not enough ppl.we removed some of the posititon.
next,they decided to end training earlier.it 5.30 at that time.some leave,some stay and
continued with the game.that our training for today.
ya.btw,next tuesday,ms kang uncle who is the 'TEENS' magazine art director is
coming and interview us and maybe also shoot us.haha,we netballer is going on teens.haha
so seniors and ms lim,if u all want to appear on magazine u must come b4 3pm,as they stay
until 3pm,the crew and ms kang uncle.haha.we also wearing jersery on that day.okay that all girls,take care
