training on 21 july(fri) was so damm tiring but short as normally our training will end at 6pm but instead ms teoh end at 5pm today. ms teoh was late and she told us to run for a 15 min jog ard the corridor and floor. then she came and ask us to ball handling.we then did sprinting, side-step,high heel,butt kick. the sun was scorching hot plus we have to do all these kind of stuffs,it was tiring and ms toeh did not let us hv our waterbreak and she continue with the next drill. next we get into group of 3 and did some ball drill.it was so trining and everyone werre thirsty thus everyone started to lose focus and did not did the best and ms toeh was telling everyone of us to put in our best and to burst toward for the ball.we were so tried and we did not really put in our best thus she add 1 more set for us to do.finally!she gave us a waterbreak! aft the water break,she teach us a new drill.siew hong join in for the drill. it was not tough but quite complicated in the first place. aft that ms teoh told us to go do crutches and sit ups nxt is half -squat,then supermen.got another conditioning but i dunno what that call. it is to lift yr body using yr arm and the butt cant be too high.it was painful and when everyone do finish.everyone were in pain.be it be the tight,culf muscle or sstomach.then ms teoh told us to jog 3 rd ard the corridor and our training end.it was so fast training but yet it was tiring.then next tuesday we hving our training but lot of ppl cant make it so dunno will we still hv training on that day.okay that all. take care ppl. 0 comments
